We appreciate your interest in Metro Management Realty. This portion of our site should help you understand the process of occupying your new home.

Tenant application process:

Please use the MapQuest icon under the large photo to see directions to each house

Drive by the property to make sure you approve of the location and neighborhood

While at the house, you may walk around and see the yard. Sometimes window treatments are open to see inside

There is a $25.00 cash per application fee that must be paid upon submitting a Credit and Rental Application

We require a security deposit ,equal to the rent, for each house and it must be paid after you are approved in order to hold the house and draft the lease

Once the lease is signed and ALL monies paid, we will give you the keys to the house
